In addition to iOS5 beta4 being released to iOS developers, redsn0w 0.9.8b4 is currently available for jailbreak app developers. Keep in mind that it is a tethered jailbreak at the moment, so you will need to utilize redsn0w to boot into a jailbroken state at every power cycle.
NOTE: It seems that by layout, that the OTA upgrade that became available beginning with iOS 5 beta4 won’t be automatically applied to jailbroken gadgets, which is sure a relief to those people, who do not want to drop their jailbreak via OTA pushes. So, if you are jailbroken, you will need to employ the standard iTunes method to get to iOS 5 beta4.
